The Big Apple

It's Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York and where else would Felix be? Felix has been extremely busy this week in the Big Apple walking many runway shows notably: French designer -Lacoste and American designer/recording artist Justin Timberlake's label William Rast. Timberlake founded the brand a few years ago with his best friend Trace Ayala. When the denim line originally launched the "made-in-america" design and branding was largely successful; although the product only had limited availability especially here in Toronto. Those lucky enough to have an original design (me!) are drawn back to the labels high quality denim and hand manufacturing.

The Fall/Winter 2009 William Rast collection was a collaboration between Timberlake/Ayala and Johan & Marcella Lindberg. This star-studded Bryant Park tent featured Anna Wintour, Carine Roitfeld, Hilary Alexander, Jessica Biel, Coco Rocha, Paris & Nicky Hilton, Aubrey O'day, Robert Verdi, Bar Rafaeli and Kim Kardashian.

"The collection was rocker/"new-vintage" which is cool because I keep on looking in vintage shops for nice articles and it takes so long to find one; with William Rast, its the whole collection thats vintage and nice!"

Warren Soleil Leacock, more commonly known simply as Soleil is a world renowned florist and artisan. Soleil, whose background is in fashion and make-up artistry, has followed his passion over the decades creating floral designs from L.A. , Miami, New York and Toronto. Soleil uses flowers to realize the concepts and dreams of his clients from elite boutiques in Toronto to top floral design house Preston Bailey in New York City. Notably, Soleil’s talent helped the successful implementation of advertising campaigns for international cosmetics company Estee Lauder. These days you can find Soleil on the Home and Garden Television network’s original series Petal Pushers. Petal Pushers follows top floral design boutique, Posies Flower Shop, through there inner workings and the challenges they face with their fabulous clientele. Catch Petal Pushers on HGTV every Monday night at 10:30pm.

Troy for Men's Uno

Troy is still tearing up Asia; since he has been working overseas he's published over 20 pages of editorial!! We just received a spread Troy shot for fashion magazine Men's Uno. The spread highlights some of Asia's brightest designers. We are extremely proud of Troy's development while working in Hong Kong. Settling into the life of a high fashion model Troy has jetted off to Shanghai to continue is most recent adventure.
